This action allows you to change one or many of the anchors on your page to point to a different URL. To use it, highlight the URL you'd like to change and then provide a new URL to which it will be changed when the given event fires. If your current URLs are too long to fit in the window, you can check the "Shorten URLs" box to just display the essential portion.

Instructions: Behavior actions are stored in the Dreamweaver application folder, inside Configuration > Behaviors > Actions. Drop the contents of the archive file into the Actions folder and restart Dreamweaver to access them.
