Getting around Webmonkey
The easiest way to get started at Webmonkey is to choose — based on who
you are and what you're hoping to accomplish — one of our three "launching
pad" areas of the site. So if you're looking down the barrel of your very
first website, that makes you a Beginner. If you have a site
or two below your belt and you want to buff up your skills with more
advanced site-building mojo, then try our Builder section. And if
you've been Webmonkeying around for years now and you're ready for
something really challenging — serve your own site, slap together a
database, rebuild your backend — then you're definitely Master material. (And if you
don't even know what a website is, then here, let us guide you through the Internet basics.)
Don't like to be pigeonholed? Sink-or-swim types can dive straight into
our archives. Webmonkey has a slew of tutorials and articles, which we've
